Jeremiah Morales

President

Jeremiah started working for iSS as an 18-year-old installer while working on his business degree at UT.  The ensuing 26 years have resulted in him redefining the family business from a small security firm into the premier home automation leader in Knoxville.

Dan Morales

Founder
Dan began his career in the security industry in the late 1970’s installing systems in the New York Metro area. After a few years of cutting his teeth on commercial and residential security in Miami and Central California, he relocated his family to Tennessee. Although ISS began as a security alarm system company, it has since grown and evolved into a multifaceted, full home automation company serving East TN today.

Meredith Morales

Office Administrator
Meredith has just joined the company. She has an extensive personnel and management background. She felt it was time to stop organizing someone else’s company and start doing it for the family business, plus with nearly 20 years of listening to Jeremiah talk shop, she is hitting the ground running!

Rylee

Office Mutt
Meet Rylee, our office mutt. Anytime Jeremiah is in the office, she is too! All she needs is a pat and a scratch behind the ears and she’s back to her naptime.
